Terms at Hotel Ranthambore Regency

The terms that apply to a stay at Hotel Ranthambore Regency, from booking and payment to check-in and cancellation, and how we handle the information you give us.

Your Booking

  • You are making a booking with the hotel directly.
  • The full booking amount is payable in advance.
  • Please review the booking and cancellation policies for your booking. If you change or cancel it, the cancellation rules below may apply.
  • Other inclusions not listed as part of your booking may be chargeable.
  • Government taxes are charged extra as applicable: GST at 5% or 18%, depending on the services availed, and VAT on alcoholic beverages as per state government regulations.
  • Please provide your GST details at the time of booking or at check-in, for invoice purposes.

Cancellation Rules

  • Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 15 days before the standard check-in time.
  • In case of a no-show, the entire booking amount is non-refundable.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Room allocation and preferences are subject to availability at the time of check-in.

Check-in Requirements

  • A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in.
  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check in.

Hotel Terms and Conditions

  • A maximum of three adults are allowed per room, with one extra mattress provided at an additional cost.
  • Children below 7 years stay complimentary.
  • Outside food and liquor are not allowed on the hotel premises. Where an exception is permitted, consumption is restricted to guest rooms.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in guest rooms and public areas. Designated smoking areas are available.
  • Hookahs, narcotics, and personal music or speaker systems are not allowed on the hotel premises.
  • In-room lockers are provided for your convenience. The hotel is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal belongings.
  • Any damage caused to hotel property during the stay will be charged to the guest, and the booking holder will be held responsible.
  • Outside visitors are not allowed in guest rooms or on guest floors between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. All visitors must register at the front desk with valid ID proof.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Cooking and the use of open flames are strictly prohibited inside guest rooms.
  • The resort does not provide accommodation for drivers or other staff travelling with guests. Guests are requested to make their own arrangements.
  • We accept Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, RuPay, and Diners Club cards. American Express cards are not accepted.
